Our 14-Day Guiding Academy is designed for travelers, self-drive adventurers, and aspiring guides who want to build real confidence in the bush. Through practical, experience-based training, you will learn how to move safely and responsibly through Botswana’s wild environments. The program may include 4x4 driving in sand and mud, understanding and using 4x4 systems, wildlife awareness, safe behavior around animals, camping in unfenced areas, reading tracks and terrain, and knowing what to do in unexpected situations. The course is developed in collaboration with local professionals and training institutions such as Career Dreams Centre in Maun, combining field knowledge with practical safari skills.
