At Eli & Guy Travel Agency, all journeys are carefully designed and often involve third-party services such as lodges, guides, vehicles, and community-based experiences. For this reason, our refund policy depends on the nature of each booking.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

Deposits are generally non-refundable, as they are used to secure services with local partners.

In some cases, partial refunds may be possible depending on supplier policies.

Cancellations by the Client

If you cancel your booking:

The closer to the travel date, the higher the cancellation costs are likely to be

We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including:
